Definition

What is B2B appointment setting?

B2B appointment setting is the work between a reply and a booked call. vozume reads every response, qualifies it against criteria you agree in advance — company size, role, budget signal and timing — then books the ones that pass straight into your calendar.

The filter

Four gates before it reaches you

Company fit

Size, sector and geography match your ICP.

Authority

The person can actually sign, or bring who can.

Budget signal

Evidence they can fund what you sell.

Timing

A live reason to talk now, not next year.

The gap

Why interested replies go cold

Nobody is watching

A reply on Friday answered on Tuesday is a lost deal.

No agreed bar

Without criteria, every reply looks equally promising.

Booking friction

Four emails to find a slot loses half the interest.

The handover

From reply to booked call

  • Read same day. Every response, in your voice, using messaging you approved.
  • Scored against four gates. Fit, authority, budget signal, timing.
  • Booked into your calendar. Straight into the availability you expose.
  • Chased if it slips. Reschedules pursued until the call happens.
Cold replies filtered through four qualification criteria into booked meetings

A meeting that fails your criteria is our problem.

It does not count toward your minimum. We replace it.

Appointment setting questions

What counts as a qualified meeting?

One that passes all four gates agreed before launch — company fit, authority, budget signal and timing. A booked call that fails any of them does not count toward your guaranteed minimum, and we replace it.

Who actually replies to the prospect?

vozume does, in your name and voice, using messaging you approve. You are not asked to monitor an inbox — the first time you meet the prospect is on the call.

What happens when someone reschedules or no-shows?

We chase the reschedule. A no-show that never rebooks does not count toward your minimum, so the incentive to keep chasing sits with us rather than you.

Can I buy appointment setting on its own?

No, and deliberately. Qualifying replies requires replies to exist — which means a live engine sourcing lists and running sequences. Sold alone it would depend on volume we do not control, so it ships inside Leverage and Leap.

Which calendar do you book into?

Yours. We work with Google Calendar, Outlook and the common scheduling tools, booking directly into the availability you expose.

Just take the calls.

We will handle everything that happens first.
