Everything prospects actually ask about B2B outbound, prices and guarantees.

The short version

What does vozume do, and what does it cost?

vozume builds B2B outbound systems for companies selling to New York City and the wider US market. One-time builds run $297 to $2,497 — lead lists, ICP research, cold email infrastructure, LinkedIn campaigns and CRM pipelines. Done-for-you 90-day sprints run $6,997 to $24,997 and carry guaranteed meeting minimums of 12, 30 or 60 meetings.

01 · Getting started

How do you start working with vozume?

Do I have to book a call before buying?

No. Every vozume service has a published price and a checkout button, and the one-time builds are designed to be bought directly. The free 30-minute Pipeline Teardown exists for teams who want a plan before choosing — it is not a gate in front of the pricing.

Which service should I buy first?

If your targeting is unclear, start with the $497 ICP and Offer Research Report. If targeting is settled but you have no data, start with a $297 lead list. If you need a channel built, buy the relevant one-time build. If you want the whole thing operated for you, start with a 90-day sprint.

What happens immediately after checkout?

A kickoff form arrives by email covering your ideal customer profile, offer, voice and any tools vozume needs access to. Delivery clocks start once that form is returned, not at the moment of payment, so a slow form does not eat into your build time.

How much of my time does this take?

For a one-time build, roughly two hours total: the kickoff form, then approving the profile, sequence or list. For a 90-day sprint, expect a kickoff session plus a short weekly review. vozume is built so outbound does not become another internal project to manage.

Is there a minimum contract or lock-in?

No retainers and no rolling contracts. One-time builds are exactly that. Sprints are a fixed 90 days, prepaid, and end unless you choose to run another. Every deliverable — lists, copy, infrastructure, CRM configuration — is handed over and stays yours.

02 · Pricing and payment

How much does B2B lead generation cost?

ServicePriceDelivery
Lead List — 1,000 verified contacts$29748 hours
ICP and Offer Research Report$4975 business days
Lead List — 5,000 verified contacts$99772 hours
LinkedIn Outreach Campaign Build$1,49710 business days
CRM Pipeline Setup$1,4977 business days
Cold Email Infrastructure Setup$1,99710 business days
Creative Lead Generation Campaign$2,49714 days
Account-Based Marketing Sprint$6,99790 days
Leads / Leverage / Leap sprints$6,997 – $24,99790 days
Why prepaid sprints instead of a monthly retainer?

Retainers reward staying, not producing. A 90-day prepaid sprint fixes the scope, the price and the meeting minimum up front, so the incentive is to hit the number inside the window. If the minimum is missed, vozume keeps working at no extra cost — which a monthly retainer would never do.

How does a sprint compare to hiring an SDR?

An in-house sales development representative costs roughly $80,000 to $120,000 a year in the New York market before tooling, management time and ramp — and a first hire has no system to work inside. A sprint delivers the system, the data and the meetings inside 90 days for a fixed fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payment at checkout, processed by WooCommerce. Checkout is direct — there is no cart step and no invoice-and-wait cycle for the standard services. For sprint-level purchases that need a purchase order or bank transfer, ask before paying and it will be arranged.

Are there any costs on top of the listed price?

Two, both declared before you approve anything. Cold email needs sending domains and mailbox subscriptions, which you own and pay for directly. Creative campaigns may involve hard costs such as gifts or postage, quoted at cost before the build starts. vozume does not mark either up.

What is your refund policy?

Digital services are refundable before work begins — that is, before the kickoff form is processed or research starts. Once a list has been sourced or a build is underway the work is bespoke and non-refundable, which is why the sprint guarantee is extended delivery rather than money back. The full terms live on the Refund Policy page.

03 · Results and guarantees

What results does vozume guarantee?

How many meetings are guaranteed?

Twelve meetings on the Leads sprint, 30 on Leverage and 60 on Leap, each within 90 days. If your minimum is not in your calendar by day 90, vozume keeps running the campaign at no additional cost until it is. The guarantee applies to sprints only, because those are the engagements where vozume controls sending and reply handling.

What counts as a meeting?

A call held with a prospect who passed the four qualification criteria you set at kickoff — typically company fit, seniority, a stated problem and no immediate disqualifier. No-shows are rebooked or replaced rather than counted. Vague “interested” replies do not count towards the minimum.

Why do the one-time builds not carry a meeting guarantee?

Because on a build, you or your team do the sending and work the replies. vozume can guarantee what it controls — infrastructure delivered, list verified, sequences written, campaign live on schedule — but it cannot guarantee meetings produced by a process it does not operate.

What reply rate should I expect?

It depends on your ideal customer profile, offer strength and market saturation, and any agency quoting one number before seeing your offer is guessing. vozume commits to meeting minimums rather than reply-rate promises, because meetings are the outcome you actually buy.

What if outbound is simply wrong for my business?

You will be told on the Teardown call. Outbound struggles where deal values are very low, the buyer cannot be identified by job title, or the market is a few hundred companies who already know you. Disqualifying poor fits protects the guarantee and your budget.

04 · Cold email

Is cold email still legal and effective?

Is cold email legal in the United States?

Business-to-business cold email is legal in the US under the CAN-SPAM Act, provided messages identify the sender, include a valid postal address, do not use deceptive subject lines, and honour opt-out requests promptly. vozume builds all four requirements into every sequence. Campaigns targeting EU or UK recipients carry additional GDPR and PECR obligations — say so at kickoff and the approach is adjusted.

Why do you use separate sending domains?

So that outbound volume can never damage the domain your invoices, contracts and support email depend on. Cold email is sent from lookalike domains — your brand, a different top-level domain — each with its own SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and its own reputation to spend.

What is domain warmup and why does it take 10 days?

Warmup is the gradual ramp of sending volume from a new domain so mailbox providers see normal behaviour rather than a sudden spike, which reads as spam. Ten days is the shortest ramp that reliably establishes reputation. Skipping it is the single most common reason cold email campaigns land in spam.

How many emails can I send per day?

Roughly 30 to 50 per mailbox per day once warmed. Volume scales by adding mailboxes rather than by pushing any single mailbox harder, which is what protects deliverability. A typical build provisions enough mailboxes to support the send volume your sprint tier requires.

Do you use AI to write the emails?

Sequences are written against the research, in your voice, and you approve every line before a single message sends. What matters to a recipient is whether the message is relevant and specific — a generic message fails whether a person or a model wrote it.

05 · LinkedIn outreach

How does LinkedIn outreach work without getting banned?

Will outreach put my LinkedIn account at risk?

Not at the volumes vozume works within. Campaigns stay inside LinkedIn’s own limits — roughly 100 connection requests per week, ramped gradually — with no mass-automation tooling. Account restrictions almost always trace back to burst volume from automation tools, which the launch guardrails specifically prevent.

Do you post from my profile or message from it?

The campaign runs from your profile because that is what prospects trust — a real person at a real company. On a standalone build you or your SDR send, using the sequence and reply playbook provided. On Leverage and Leap sprints, vozume operates sending and reply handling for you.

Do I need LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Yes for serious targeting. Sales Navigator is what makes filtering by headcount, seniority, geography and buying signals possible at useful precision. It is your subscription, billed by LinkedIn — vozume configures the saved searches rather than reselling the tool.

Why rewrite my profile as part of a campaign?

Because almost every prospect checks the profile before accepting a connection request. A headline describing a job title rather than the outcome you deliver loses people at exactly that moment. The rewrite covers headline, about section and banner, and you approve it.

Should I run LinkedIn or cold email?

LinkedIn suits high-value deals and a tight ideal customer profile, and goes live in 10 days. Cold email suits volume across larger markets but needs two to three weeks of warmup first. Run together from one prospect list they compound — which is how the sprints are built.

06 · Lead lists and data

Where does the prospect data come from?

How are lists actually built?

You set the brief — industry, headcount, geography, job titles and any buying signals. vozume runs filtered queries against firmographic data sources to that brief, rather than exporting a generic segment. Every email address is verified before delivery and failures are replaced.

What does verified mean, and what bounce rate should I expect?

Every address is checked against a verification service before the file reaches you, and records that fail are replaced rather than shipped. No verification is perfect — catch-all domains in particular can only be probabilistically scored — but verification is what keeps bounces low enough to protect sender reputation.

What fields are included per contact?

Full name, job title and seniority; company name, headcount, industry and location; a verified work email address; and a LinkedIn profile URL where available. Delivery is a standard CSV that imports into any CRM or sequencing tool.

Do you buy or resell scraped databases?

No. A bulk database export is cheap precisely because nobody checked whether the people on it can buy from you. Lists are built to your brief and verified, which is why 1,000 contacts costs $297 rather than a few dollars.

Is the data GDPR compliant?

Lists are built for US business-to-business outreach, where business contact data is handled under CAN-SPAM rather than GDPR. If your campaign targets EU or UK contacts, say so at kickoff: the lawful basis, data sourcing and opt-out handling all change, and vozume will tell you plainly if a segment is not worth the compliance overhead.

07 · Working with vozume

What is it like to work with vozume?

Who owns the assets when we finish?

You do, in every case. Lead lists, sequence copy, sending domains and mailboxes, CRM configuration, research reports and campaign playbooks are handed over. There is no platform to stay subscribed to and nothing stops working if you walk away.

Do you work with competitors in my category?

Not simultaneously within the same narrow niche and territory during an active sprint — running two identical campaigns into one prospect pool would degrade both. Raise your category at kickoff and any conflict will be disclosed before you pay.

How do you report progress?

The same three numbers every week — sends, replies and meetings — tracked in your own CRM rather than an agency dashboard you would lose access to. Sprints add a short weekly review call to decide what changes in the following week.

Can you work with our existing SDR or sales team?

Yes, and it is often the best split: vozume builds and runs top-of-funnel while your team takes qualified conversations. The CRM Pipeline Setup exists precisely so the handover point between the two is explicit rather than improvised.

What happens when a sprint ends?

Nothing renews automatically. You keep every asset and can run the system in-house, start another sprint, or stop. If the guaranteed meeting minimum was not reached, the campaign continues at no additional cost until it is — that obligation outlives the 90 days.

08 · New York City

Does vozume work with New York City companies?

Where is vozume based?

The registered office is 418 Broadway Ste R, Albany, NY 12207, and the phone line is a New York City 929 number. The New York City metro is the primary market vozume serves, and work is delivered remotely across the United States.

Why target New York City specifically?

It is the densest concentration of B2B decision-makers in the country — and the most saturated, which is why generic outreach fails there. Targeting that survives New York City works comfortably in quieter markets, so campaigns built for NYC travel well.

Do you only work with NYC companies?

No. vozume works with B2B companies across the US, and with companies anywhere that are selling into the New York market. The NYC focus is about where your buyers are, not where your office is.

How is NYC targeting built into a campaign?

Metro-level geography filters in the list build and in LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches, NYC industry clusters weighted in segment ranking, and local buying triggers — office moves, funding rounds, hiring surges — used as campaign entry points.

Can we meet in person?

vozume operates remotely and does not run a staffed New York City office, so engagements are delivered by call and email. Creative campaigns targeting NYC accounts can still include in-person elements such as micro-events or hand-delivered items, arranged per campaign.
