Case studies
Five situations,
five builds.
The five situations clients arrive with, what gets built for each, and what it costs.

Why are there no client names on this page?
Because vozume will not publish a result it cannot attribute to a named, consenting client. What follows instead is honest and more useful: the five situations clients actually arrive with, exactly what gets built for each, and the real price. Named results and quotes appear here as clients approve them — never before.
Case 01 · B2B SaaS · 40 employees
How does a 40-person SaaS replace founder-led sales?
- The challenge. All pipeline came from the two founders. Growth stopped when their calendars filled.
- What we built. A Leverage 90-day sprint: ICP research, a 2,500-contact verified list, cold email infrastructure and LinkedIn outreach running together.
- What you end up with. A repeatable channel the founders no longer personally operate.
What this build costs
Leverage — 90-Day Outbound Sprint
$13,997
ICP research, a 2,500-contact verified list, cold email infrastructure and LinkedIn outreach, run for you with a 30-meeting minimum.
What this build costs
Leap — 90-Day Outbound Sprint
$24,997
The full engine plus appointment setting, with every reply scored against four criteria and a 60-meeting minimum.
Case 02 · Management consultancy
How does a consultancy stop depending on referrals?
- The challenge. Every engagement arrived by referral. Good months and bad months, with no way to influence which.
- What we built. A Leap sprint with the Appointment Setting System — every reply scored against four criteria before it reached a partner’s calendar.
- What you end up with. Partners take calls; nobody chases replies.
Case 03 · Fintech · enterprise deals
How do you reach a 7-person buying committee?
- The challenge. Six-figure deals, long cycles, and volume outbound that bounced off large committees.
- What we built. An Account-Based Marketing Sprint — 25 tier-one accounts, committees mapped, a custom angle and coordinated touches per account.
- What you end up with. Named accounts engaged rather than a wide market sampled.
What this build costs
Account-Based Marketing Sprint
$6,997
25 tier-one accounts, committees mapped, coordinated email, LinkedIn and creative touches across 90 days.
What this build costs
Cold Email Infrastructure Setup
$1,997
Lead List — 5,000 Verified Contacts
$997
Separate authenticated domains and a 10-day warmup, plus verified data so bounces never burn the new reputation.
Case 04 · Marketing agency
What do you do when cold email lands in spam?
- The challenge. Sending from the primary domain had burned its reputation. More volume was making it worse.
- What we built. A Cold Email Infrastructure Setup — separate domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, a 10-day warmup, plus a 5,000-contact verified list.
- What you end up with. Sending resumed on infrastructure built to survive scale.
Case 05 · Logistics · industrial services
Where do LinkedIn replies go after someone answers?
- The challenge. Conversations lived in three personal LinkedIn inboxes. Nothing was owned, tracked or forecastable.
- What we built. A LinkedIn Outreach Campaign Build feeding a CRM Pipeline Setup — every reply routed to an owner with a next step.
- What you end up with. A pipeline number the leadership team can actually read.
What this build costs
LinkedIn Outreach Campaign Build
$1,497
CRM Pipeline Setup
$1,497
A live LinkedIn campaign feeding a configured pipeline, so every reply lands with an owner and a next step.
Meetings, or it did not work.
Opens and impressions are not outcomes. Calendars are.
Measurement
How does vozume measure a campaign?
Meetings held
Not booked. Held, and against the guarantee.
Qualified, not counted
Four criteria you set, applied before booking.
Tracked in your CRM
Your system of record, not an agency dashboard.
Reported weekly
Sends, replies, meetings — the same three numbers every week.
Case study questions
Why are there no client names or numbers on this page?
Because vozume will not publish results it cannot attribute to a named, consenting client. Inventing plausible numbers would be the easy option, and it would make every other claim on this site worthless. Each situation above therefore shows the build and the real price instead. Named results and quotes are added as engagements complete and clients approve them.
What results does vozume actually commit to?
Guaranteed meeting minimums on the 90-day sprints: 12 meetings on Leads, 30 on Leverage and 60 on Leap. If the minimum is not in your calendar by day 90, vozume keeps running the campaign at no additional cost until it is. The one-time builds carry delivery guarantees rather than meeting guarantees, because vozume does not control sending on those.
Will my company be named in a case study?
Only if you approve it in writing, and you can decline without it affecting anything. Anonymised versions — industry, headcount and results without the name — are also an option. Nothing about your engagement is published by default.
Can I speak to a reference before buying?
Ask on the Pipeline Teardown call. References are offered where a client has agreed to take them, and vozume will say plainly if none is available for your segment rather than substituting a loosely comparable one.
How long before a campaign produces meetings?
Cold email needs 10 days of infrastructure and warmup before the first send, so first meetings typically land in weeks three to five. LinkedIn outreach starts sooner because there is no warmup. Account-based marketing is slower by design — committee engagement first, meetings later in the 90 days.
Recognise your situation?
Every price is public, and the sprint tiers carry a meeting minimum in writing.
